Went in for our breakfasts and started by ordering two orange juices and a glass of milk for my son, took it back to the table to find the milk was very sour. Took the glass back to the bar to tell the fella behind the bar who instantly became combative. He started to smell the bottle of milk and pointing to the date saying it still had one day left. I told him the milk was definitely sour and just wanted another glass of milk to be told they had no other milk. Ended up getting a glass of lemonade instead.
I ordered very clearly from a list on my phone what breakfasts we were having only to have the wrong breakfast delivered (ordered full american breakfast and they only brought pancakes)I told the waitress it was wrong and she became argumentative saying "well that was what was on the screen". She eventually went back to get my full American breakfast only to come back and say i need to go pay the difference for THIER mistake. She eventually brought my breakfast out to me only to find they hadn't put the bacon on my plate. Told the waitress AGAIN that it was wrong and she went off to get my bacon.
Absolutely rubbish service with argumentative staff.

Skip this chain and go to local restaurants and bars instead. I only ended up there because everywhere else was completely full with queues outside. The service was great, plenty of space and lots of tables, but the food was a joke—fine for a beer or a drink though.

Visited for breakfast, food was not very warm considering the pub was quiet. I was not that impressed with the speed of service as I'm sure it had been served hot.

Walking in, this place was pretty nice compared to other wetherspoons - pleasantly surprised. Till we sat down and ordered food. The runner staff was very rude and fat shaming over the food we ordered and was quite embarrassing. No manager on hand to report this to at the time (Friday evening).

Good for a quick bite of food atmosphere was ok 1 drunken person made it a little uncomfortable for us and and the 2 couples that were at the table next to us (next to 21) the pudding was a bit of a let down with microwaved custard on the sticky toffee pudding

Atraídos por su fachada, vinimos a cenar mi amigo y yo.
El pidió un plato de carne con sus respectivas guarniciones, pero todo lo que pudiera contener huevo que fuese retirado.
El plato salió con unos aros rebozados a los cuales pidió hamablemente que se lo cambiaran.
El camarero ofendido por su mal desempeño, en vez de cambiar el plato. (Que le valía con que se retirasen dichos aros).
Empezó a demandar que los aros no contienen huevo y a discutir.
Para colmo se nos acerca y con ironía le pregunta sin las patatas también hay que retirarlas del plato.
Quiero dejar constancia ya que la reseña la estoy poniendo yo, (no mi amigo).
Ya que el trabajador de este establecimiento es un déspota y un macarra.

Nicole was our server she was so welcoming and kind on our brief visit! Nothing was too much. To put in too words an absolute legend, made our night! This is a five star review for Nicole, we will even put my name to it (Jodie & Rachel, Yorkshire doing the 500 our own way)

Good local ale selection, particularly Loch Lomond. Food is more expensive than expected at Wetherspoons but that's the same where ever you go in Fort William. Surroundings however are much prettier.

Place was deserted on our visit as were others in Fort William. I wanted Haddock but had to be satisfied with Scampi as no fish on menu that evening. Used to go there quite often but I think I will be going elsewhere when in the town

Every town we visit. We try to add another spoons to the list.
This was a lovely example of how a pub should be. Good value drinks, clean and inviting, not too loud and they had the six nations showing as well.
There was a bar chap who must be related to my mother in law. The second you left an empty glass on the table, he was over to collect it
If you got up to get a drink, your chair was pushed back in under the table.
Now it is off season so I don’t expect it to be as quiet mid August.
But a great wee place.

Everything you'd expect from a Spoons, good food and good prices. Came here a few days in a row as we were self catering in the area. You can order at the bar or via the wetherspoons App. Staff were friendly and pub was clean and tidy.

One of my favourite places to eat and drink in Fort William. Great service from friendly staff, decent food and great local ale at friendly prices.
